The Starabia offices are based at the twofour54 media free zone in Abu Dhabi city.

The company is an entity borne of established publishers & distributors Stead & Daughters Ltd, New Zealand. The founders of Stead & Daughters have exported their successful business strategy, educational expertise and superlative personnel to meet the needs of the Arabic knowledge economy.

Along with publishing & distribution, Starabia is in the midst of establishing a Teacher’s Resource Centre to serve educators in the region.
